We are pleased to share the 2nd Newsletter of our ReS-Food project. In this issue, among other topics, you can read interesting facts and figures about a Europe-wide survey that we conducted in 5 European countries: Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus and Hugnary. 103 respondents from charities and Ho.Re.Ca sector shared their views about topics such as the biggest challenges of the food donation process, biggest needs of managing the food rescue chain more effectively and reasons lying behing wasting food.
